To maintain the integrity of these handmade treasures, we have a specific return policy outlined below.

No Refunds

Due to the artisanal nature of our handwoven products, we do not offer refunds. Each item is carefully crafted by hand, ensuring a one-of-a-kind design. We encourage you to review product details, including size, color, material, and images, and contact us at support@weavewares.com with any questions before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges service within 2 days of delivery, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or size), please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email support@weavewares.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  • Return Authorization: We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return Shipping:  For orders over $150 USD, we will cover the return shipping costs and the shipping cost for the replacement item. For orders under $150, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement within 2 business days, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@weavewares.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or, at our discretion, a store credit. We’ll cover return shipping costs for verified damaged or defective items.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are non-exchangeable unless defective.
