Our storage baskets, trays, and laundry bags are handwoven by Borneo’s indigenous artisans using durable plastic and natural rattan.
These materials ensure long-lasting quality and a sustainable design.
How do I clean and care for my woven products?
To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry completely.
Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals, as this may damage the weave.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area to maintain shape and quality.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Our handwoven plastic products are highly durable, waterproof, and sun-resistant, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
To preserve their quality during prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy moisture, we recommend storing them in a covered area when not in use.
Can I request custom sizes or designs?
At this time, we offer a curated selection of handwoven designs. For inquiries about custom orders,

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide! Free shipping is available on orders over $150 USD. For orders below $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by destination:
・North America: 14 – 21 business days
・Europe: 10-20 business days
・Other regions: 15-25 business days Processing typically takes 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for select regions. Costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

All transactions are secure and processed through Woocommerce or Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@weavewares.com as soon as possible.
We can accommodate changes before the order is processed (typically within 24 – 48 hours).
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
